In ICOF National campuses are called ICOF Global University a subsidiary of ICOF Colleges Seminary and Universities which are run and management by the National Executive committee appointed by the College of Bishops.

The College of Bishop is the highest organ of the International Coalition of Fellowships (ICOF) appointed by the Body of trustee and founders of ICOF.
